Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the administration and operations of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the Assistant Manager and contribute to strategic goals.
- Develop F&B promotions, events, and coordinate with Executive Chef and Sales/Marketing.
- Oversee outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment management.
- Manage stock, control costs, and implement procedures to minimize waste and errors.
- Conduct staff performance reviews, training, and recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing laws.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and beverage costs; provide on-the-floor support.
Qualifications:
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of related experience including 2 years as an F&B Manager or similar role.
- Must possess knowledge in budgeting and expense management.
- Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment, motivation, and passionate about service excellence.
- Passion in developing others.
- Due to work quota limitations, we give preference to local candidates for this position.
