Job Description
- Greeting customer and provide best service to customer walk-in in showroom
- Be able to respond to customer about the product and service suggesting information about other products and services.
- Ensure to finish daily and weekly report customer feedback and customer call-in and walk-in to leader and manager
- Maintaining accurate customer information.
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Hand over the customers professionally to the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email and hand over to the right department
- Inspects showroom and amenities in good order prior to opening. Check drinks and snack stocks and report to accountant/purchaser to make refill order
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Another task assigns by leader and manager
Job Requirements
- Height at least 163 CM
- Good comment in English for Speaking, Writing, and Listening
- Knowledge of Computer (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of communication skill
- Problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Honest, respect, flexible, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
