JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue & E-Commerce Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for maximizing room and event revenue, optimizing online distribution channels, and driving the hotel’s digital strategy. You will lead the development and execution of effective revenue management strategies, ensuring optimal pricing, inventory management, and distribution tactics to increase market share and profitability. Additionally, you will oversee the hotel’s e-commerce presence, ensuring that online booking platforms, direct sales strategies, and digital marketing efforts are aligned with revenue objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize room, and event revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to inform decisions.
  • Optimize the hotel’s presence on OTA platforms, metasearch engines, and direct booking channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Oversee e-commerce strategy, including website content management, SEO, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure rate parity across all online channels and address any discrepancies.
  • Produce regular revenue forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance online visibility and drive direct bookings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Revenue Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in revenue management and e-commerce, preferably in the luxury hotel or resort segment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
  • Expertise in using revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and OTA platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue performance through strategies pricing and distribution management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across departments.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
