JOB SUMMARY
A Marine & Transportation Manager will oversee and manage all transportation operations, including both land vehicles and boats, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe travel experiences for guests and staff.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of vehicle and boat maintenance and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and operational costs.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant boat certifications.
- Previous experience in a resort or island setting is preferred.
- Please note that due to work quota limitations, we give preference to local candidates for this position.
