Job Description
The Handover Manager is responsible to oversee the transition process to the customer. This role is to ensure that all
deliverables are met, documentation is complete and the communication between client-customer is smooth. The
candidate requires strong management skills, excellent communication and keen eye for detail.
  •  Process Management: Oversee and coordinate handover between property team to the client and ensure
    the process is seamless
  • Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation, operational manuals, warranties, compliances,
    certificates and training materials are complete and handed over to relevant parties
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the handover phase and address any
    concerns to ensure satisfaction with project deliverables
  •  Quality Assurance: Verify that the project has been completed to the required standards and that any defects
    or outstanding work items are addressed before handover
  •  Training: Organize and facilitate trainings to internal teams on operation and maintenance of new systems or
    equipment
  •  Reporting: Prepare and present detailed handover reports to management, highlight key milestone, identify
    issues and status of pending task
  • Risk Management: Identify penitential risk during handover and develop strategies to mitigate these risk
  •  Team Collaboration: Work with project managers, property managers and other stakeholder to ensure
    alignment and all handover requirements are met
Job Requirements
  • Education: BSc Degree in Property Management, Project Management or related field
  •  Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field with a particular focus on project closeout or
    handover
  • Skills: Organizational, time management, communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and able to
    work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the handover process
  • Leadership: Capable of leading cross-functional teams through the final stages of the project
  •  Client Focus: Dedicated in understanding and meeting the needs of client during the transition phase
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements or client’s needs
